Candidate Selection Criteria
Candidates for full and part-time positions will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Stable work history
Verifiable employment record and positive reference checks*
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 6 points) for Drivers and Sales positions.MVR (with date of birth blacked out )for the past 39 months must be presented at initial interview.
Education – High School Graduate/GED is a minimum
Must speak/read fluent English.
Professional conduct (examples, making an appointment for an interview, properly attired, not accompanied by children or friends)
Beverage Industry experience a plus Present a well-groomed image – no visible piercings or tattoos; hair neatly trimmed or arranged (for men, no long hair).Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. (“Golden Eagle”) has very high standards for personal appearance!
All full-time employees are subject to a physical and drug screen upon hire.
Employment history will be verified and references checked.
*Candidates who were in the military during the past three years will be asked to produce their DD 214 after a job offer has been made.Part-time applicants – Golden Eagle makes no commitment as to the number of hours available per week.Work is made available according to the needs of the business.Also, there is no guarantee of full-time work.Part-timers who drive company vehicles are subject to random drug testing.
