Candidate Selection Criteria

• Stable work history
• Verifiable employment record and positive reference checks* 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 6 points) for Drivers and Sales positions.  MVR (with date of birth blacked out )  for the past 39 months must be presented at initial interview.
• Education – High School Graduate/GED is a minimum
• Must speak/read fluent English.
• Professional conduct (examples, making an appointment for an interview, properly attired, not accompanied by children or friends)
• Beverage Industry experience a plus  Present a well-groomed image – no visible piercings or tattoos; hair neatly trimmed or arranged (for men, no long hair).  Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. (“Golden Eagle”) has very high standards for personal appearance!
• All full-time employees are subject to a physical and drug screen upon hire.

• Employment history will be verified and references checked.

*Candidates who were in the military during the past three years will be asked to produce their DD 214 after a job offer has been made. Part-time applicants – Golden Eagle makes no commitment as to the number of hours available per week.  Work is made available according to the needs of the business.   Also, there is no guarantee of full-time work.  Part-timers who drive company vehicles are subject to random drug testing.
