Golden Eagle offers all full time employees an extensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, group life and disability insurance. Golden Eagle pays 100% of the premium for all full time employees and their dependants. Golden Eagle generously matches employee 401-K contributions up to 6% of their pay and all plan participants are 100% vested upon enrollment. Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counseling services for employees and their families at no cost to the employee. Generous vacation and sick time are provided after one year of employment.

The company pays 100% tuition reimbursement for any qualifying job-related classes. Golden Eagle also has vast training opportunities starting with a week-long new hire orientation program.

Employees have the opportunity to contribute a portion of their earnings to The Wings Like Eagles Foundation. Golden Eagle doubles the employee match. The purpose of The Wings Like Eagles Foundation is to support distinct community organizations that engage in the enhancement of child welfare, education, the arts, the spirit, the advancement of liberty, and general community goodwill. Employees may submit requests for donations to qualified organizations.
