Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. is looking for an Office Assistant in Casa Grande. Perform simple bookkeeping tasks, reconciliation duties, and maintain records. Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain office files and materials. Answer phones and greet customers. Sort and distribute mail. Operate office equipment such as; copiers, calculators, and computers. Assist Sales Team with POS sign ordering, design, and printing. Assist Corporate Human Resource department with general employee processes and perform a variety of clerical tasks involving the receipt, processing, and distribution of human resource materials. Actively participate in the company wellness committee.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college, technical school, or university preferred; six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows operating system and Golden Eagle software, proficiency with 10-key calculator, basic accounting skills, good organization skills, ability to draft general correspondence, ability to handle multiple assignments quickly and accurately, good telephone voice and etiquette, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.

Sell Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc.'s ("Golden Eagle") and SPIKE Beverage, LLC's ("SPIKE") portfolio of products to all assigned licensed retail establishments in accordance with Golden Eagle's/SPIKE’s business practices. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts. Resolve service complaints and respond to special customer requests. Work requires substantial knowledge of Golden Eagle and SPIKE's portfolio of products.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college, technical school, or university preferred; six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Proficient with order and inventory software program. Ability to operate hand held computer.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred. Must be able to lift and/or move several hundred cases of beer repeatedly each day (ave. weight is 30 lbs. per case), able to lift and/ or move 165 pound kegs occasionally, and to withstand 35 degree temperatures regularly. AZ Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points on MVR.

Analyze sales and space of Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc.'s ("Golden Eagle") and SPIKE Beverage, LLC's ("SPIKE") portfolio of products with all assigned retail establishments in accordance with Golden Eagle's/SPIKE’s business practices. Assist in the maintenance and improvement of shelf space in all assigned accounts. Coordinate and align resources, develop assortment, develop merchandising, and present recommendations for resets. Conduct sales calls, new package placements, book displays, present plans, coordinate communication, and follow up in assigned accounts. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts. Resolve service complaints and respond to special customer requests. Work requires substantial knowledge of Golden Eagle and SPIKE's portfolio of products. Schedule may require early morning, late evening, or weekend work depending on customer demand.
Requirements: Beverage industry background and experience preferred, Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college, technical school, or university preferred; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Literacy; ability to operate handheld computer equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows operating system and Golden Eagle software – Computer skills test required. Physical ability to rearrange shelf configurations and remove/replace product during resets – requires lifting several hundred cases of product at a time and occasionally may require lifting/moving kegs. Must be able to maintain flexible work hours. Must work in a 35 degree environmentally controlled facility.

Requirements: Minimum two years sales, merchandising, or quality control experience required. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Clean Driving Record – no more than 6 points! AZ Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL). Minimum of two years college education preferred. Must be able to lift and/or move several hundred cases of product repeatedly each day (avg. weight is 30 lbs. per case), able to lift and/or move 175-pound kegs occasionally, and ability to withstand 35 degree temperatures regularly. Previous beverage industry experience helpful. Position requires night and weekend duties.

Warehouse Breakage Person: Rework products returned from the trade or incoming shipments due to damage or code problems. Count and clean cases as needed and repack in proper carriers or cartons. Enter breakage information on forms. Maintain inventory of breakage supplies. Sweep/mop and maintain breakage area. This requires continually bending and lifting cases weighing about 50-lbs and ability to safely operate pallet jack and hand truck.
Warehouse Worker: Receive, organize and distribute company products. Ensure consistency of processes within the warehouse, i.e., loading, unloading, check-in, delivery check-in, stacking, staging, stripping, verifying, wrapping and weighing. Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment. Marketing Interns: Educate consumers on Budweiser products and execute promotions at local clubs and bars. Must be self-motivated and willing to interact with the public. Night/Weekend work required. All Majors welcome. Good driving record required.
